    • Do I need a license to ride a jet ski?

      No prior experience is necessary! Our team will give you a full safety briefing and instructions before you hit the water. You'll be riding like a pro in no time!

    • What is the minimum age to participate?

      All participants must be at least 8 years oldand participants between 8 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

    • Do I need to know how to swim?

      Yes, all participants must be able to swim for safety reasons. You'll be wearing a life jacket, but being comfortable in the water is essential.

    • Do I need to make a reservation?

      While walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your spot.

    • Is a security deposit required?

      Yes, a security deposit of $300 is required to be paid before the start of the tour. This deposit will be refunded to the customer upon return.

    • What if I need to cancel my booking?

      We understand that plans change! Please contact us at least 24 in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

    • How long is the jet ski tour?

      Our standard tours typically last 60 minutes, but we also offer 30 and 120 minutes tour.

    • Can I ride with a passenger?

      Yes! Our jet skis can accommodate two people for an additional charge of $20. Please ensure that your passenger is at least 8 years old and meets the safety requirements.

    • What should I bring?

      Bring your swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash for payment. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times during your ride.

    • Is there parking available at your location?

      Yes, we have parking available for our guests. It's free of charge and conveniently located near our launch site.
